31st October
Get hands on with Robyn Minogue of the Gaia Foundation, Natoora’s Head of Education Clementine Hain-Cole and The Seed Detective himself, Adam Alexander, for an exclusive seed discussion and demo.
They’ll be championing the right to seed sovereignty which is — at its core — the right to food. Head down and be part of a grassroots movement reclaiming the right of farmers to save, use, exchange and sell their own seeds.

7pm - 8pm discussion & demo
8pm - 8.30pm drinks & departure
24th October
‘Field to fork’, ‘eat your view’ and ‘food miles’ — all popular concepts today, but how deep do they penetrate? The buzz around ‘local’ seems to be louder, but is this reflected in policy and, most importantly, should it be?
We will be joined by two of the most compelling and informed voices in the conversation today. Adele Jones of the Sustainable Food Trust and writer, podcaster and academic Anna Sulan Masing will be with us to unpick some of the complexities and biases of the localism narrative.
Ultimately, we ask whether a local food system is something something we should aspire to or whether our focus be more holistic. Have we positioned globalism as the antithesis of life and diversity in our food system where, in fact, it is the pursuit of yield and efficiency is to blame?
6pm - 7pm welcome drink & snacks
7pm - 8pm discussion & Q&A
8pm - 8.30pm drinks & departure

10th October
“Much of our food supply could be farm free.”
In Apocalypse Cow, his Guardian article ‘Lab-grown food will soon destroy farming – and save the planet’, and book Regenesis, George Monbiot makes his position clear: a world with labs, not farms, “sounds like a miracle.”
No matter where you stand on the subject, join us as Chris Smaje, the author of Saying NO to a Farm Free Future, sits down with Natoora’s founder Franco Fubini to thrash out the stats and facts. Gain unrivalled insight into the most divisive topic in food policy right now.

Stories
See allWe exist to fix the food system.
People are more cut off from the origins of their food than ever. This makes flavour, nutrition and farming practices that protect the planet, almost impossible to find.
By working directly with growers, we create a more sustainable way forward for farming. By giving everyone the tools to understand the power of our food choices, we empower everybody to become drivers of change.
Now is the time for action. Join the food system revolution.
Go beyond four seasons
Each fruit and vegetable has its own season, with subtle shifts which happen every day. Follow their microseasons to unlock flavour at every stage.
WHAT’S IN SEASON?
Know where your food comes from
We know the name of the people behind everything we source. Recognise their growing artistry to find out exactly where your food comes from (and why that matters).
MEET THE GROWERS
Make your diet diverse
Our growers work with varieties chosen for quality and nutrition, not yield. By selecting their crops you keep heritage seeds in play, add to ecosystem biodiversity and preserve unique flavours.
