Based in Bermondsey, this role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast-growing, international business. You will be focused on B2B credit control for our US region.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Credit control of the US business (New York and Miami), including onboarding new customers, collection strategy, payment allocations and sending of statements.
- Building relationship and trust with the sales team to help ensure timely collections.
- Get to know our customers and manage the relationships positively to ensure we collect our sales.
- Chase overdue invoices by phone, email, and written communication.
- Prepare a weekly Credit Control Dashboard and lead and present in the credit control meeting to the CFO and regional MDs.
- Set and review customer credit limits in line with company policy.
- Preparation of month end revenue reconciliations.
Please note this role requires you to attend our office. We don't offer hybrid working at the moment.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 2 years’ experience in a accounts receivable/credit control position.
- Highly proficient in Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous.
