ABOUT THE JOB
- Manage the AP inbox, responding to internal and external queries professionally .
- Ensuring timely and accurate upload of invoices to invoice approval platform.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Generation of BACs payment run files in Sage Intacct, and Payment Allocations.
- Set up and maintain supplier accounts, ensuring details are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain organised records and filing systems in line with audit requirements.
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
about you
- At least 2 years’ experience in an accounts payable position.
- Highly proficient in Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Working towards or completed AAT qualification.
- Experience with Sage Intacct is advantageous.
