OPENING THE DOORS TO MIAMI
Our intention has always been to expand our mission in the US beyond New York. Miami is undergoing a culinary renaissance, and being part of the community is incredibly exciting.
In 2021, we started laying out roots in Miami, which has a community of discerning, seasonally-led chefs who are fighting for greater transparency down the supply chains.
We want to help the chef community access seasonal, agroecological farmed produce while supporting the local community of growers. Beyond distributing to restaurants, we have been working hard to create a unique and new supply chain from the ground up in South Florida.
Since settling in Miami, we have been forging a long-term relationship with Roberto, who runs Tiny Farm. From making growing plans and offering loans, we have helped Roberto grow his farm to 7 acres. Over the next few years, we will bring these outstanding vegetables to chefs across Miami and eventually into New York.
Chris Devlin is leading the small team, bringing a wealth of hands-on hospitality, positive energy, and deep commitment to the food system.
