DELIVERY

We deliver throughout New York City. Delivery days and slots vary by zip code. Please check the Natoora NYC app to see if your zip code is one we deliver to.

When you place your order, you will be able to select your preferred delivery day and time slot.

Please note: We will need detailed delivery notes upon creating an account with us to avoid delivery issues. If accessibility to your address is difficult, please be aware we have the right to decline delivery.

You can view daily delivery slots 2 weeks in advance. Orders are delivered by our drivers between 7am-3pm on the chosen day.

We will deliver during the time slot you have selected. If you are unable to be reached, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe space or with a neighbor, or bring it back to our headquarters. We cannot guarantee redelivery, contact our customer service team at (347) 927-0319 or email grocerydelivery@natoora.com to request redelivery.

All orders are delivered by our drivers in our own vehicles. Orders are packed in cardboard boxes with minimal packaging. Our driver will follow the delivery instructions you provide upon creating your account. We always appreciate being able to leave deliveries at your door, or with a doorman, if one is available.

If our driver arrives and there is no one home, they will call your contact number. If there is no response, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe space or with a neighbor, or bring it back to our headquarters.

You can choose a delivery slot up to two weeks in advance. Once you’ve locked in your delivery slot, you have until the Delivery Cut Off Time to amend your order. Once you hit the Delivery Cut Off Time, you can no longer amend your order - it is being prepared. To see how long you have until the Cut Off, tap on the ‘ORDER’ tab.The cut off for placing an order is 12pm the day before the delivery day.

We have delivery rates of $3 or $6 for orders within New York City depending on your delivery slot and location. For Hamptons deliveries, there is a flat rate of $20.

Orders will be delivered in premium cardboard boxes. Our boxes are 100% reusable and 100% curbside recyclable. Where possible, our packaging materials are recyclable, reusable and/or biodegradable. As pioneers in plastic-free packaging, we continue to prioritize sustainable solutions.

It’s important to check your delivery as soon as it arrives. We offer a refund if the whole, or part of your order is damaged, missing or out of date on arrival. Call our dedicated Customer Service Team at 347-927-0319 or email grocerydelivery@natoora.com to organize a refund. If you notice something after the driver has gone, please email details of the damaged product with an image within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Should any of the items in your basket not be available on the day your order is picked, our team may make substitutions where appropriate. If you are unhappy with the substitution, please contact us on grocerydelivery@natoora.com. If a product is missing from your order and is listed as ‘Not Available’ at the bottom of your invoice, you will not be charged.
